Our Birthing Stalls

In the past year alone, we’ve invested $3.5 million making Fox Meadow Farm an ideal facility for breeding and birthing purebred foals. We nurture and care for each expectant mother and newborn within four, plush 16’ x 16’ birthing stalls. Each is designed by a veterinarian, made from cinder blocks and coated in epoxy paint for sterilization. Heaters ensure the well-being and comfort for mother and foal.

Our Indoor Riding Arena

Fox Meadow Farm uses dustless Terra 2000 footing in our 70’ x 144’ indoor riding facility. This state-of-the-art footing helps ensure the horses remain physically sound while in training. Visitors can enjoy viewing the horses in training in complete comfort from the beautifully designed, air conditioned and heated viewing area.

Our Grounds

Fox Meadow Farm is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Thomas Jefferson’s central Virginia. More than 100 acres of plump, comely hills surround a serene 2 1/2 acre pond with three-tier fountains, brilliantly lit each evening. Access to eight hundred miles of meandering riding trails elevate our horses’ mental health and offer a peaceful day’s break.

Guests can amble or test our horse’s skills through stately forests. Wild turkey, fox and deer thrive on Fox Meadow Farm’s grounds, part of the world’s great hardwood forests rich with mature oak, maple, beech and pine trees. Our young Arabians mature among grass and clover-covered pastures. Fox Meadow Farm is truly a majestic setting for some of the world’s most prized Arabian bloodline foals.
